I believe healing should be accessible. Each month, I reserve a small number of community-rate sessions for those who feel called to this work but are unable to invest in the full package.

If that’s you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to offer a one-time session or explore options that align with both of our needs.

Cancelation policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

What is included in our Reiki sessions

✨ Chakra Alignment & Energy Clearing
Each session begins with a chakra alignment and intuitive energy clearing. Old programming, energetic contracts, and cords that are no longer aligned with your highest good are released with love.

✨ Divinely Guided Reiki Session
Reiki energy is then channeled throughout your body — from crown to feet — supporting emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. I perform a full energetic scan, guided by your higher self and spirit team, to address areas that need extra care.

✨ Follow-Up with Channeled Insights
After the energy work, I’ll send you a personalized message with any channeled guidance, impressions, or intuitive messages that came through, including support suggestions for integration. This reflection is part of your healing journey.

What to Expect After Booking

Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your Informed Consent, Cancellation Policy, and a brief Health Profile to ensure your session is fully aligned with your individual needs. Please take a few moments to review these materials before your appointment. All policies are also available anytime on the Policy Page of my website.

Session Structure & Timing

Each session lasts between 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the service selected. In addition to the session itself, there is approximately 30 minutes dedicated to energetic preparation, intuitive setup, and post-session guidance. This allows space for deeper connection, grounding, and integration.

Distance Reiki Sessions

For distance sessions, you may choose a live phone call (available for U.S. clients) or a no-contact option. In the no-contact format, Reiki is sent remotely and you'll receive a detailed email follow-up outlining your session. If you miss a scheduled call, Reiki will still be sent at the confirmed time.

In-Person Reiki Sessions

In-person sessions are held in the comfort of your home. Please select a space where you feel most at ease and free from distractions. I will arrive about 10 minutes early to create a calm, nurturing environment. I’ll bring a massage table, along with blankets and pillows for your comfort. You're welcome to include any personal items that help you feel more grounded during your experience.

Smudging Options

If you'd like to include smudging as part of your session, please let me know in advance. I offer sage, Sweetgrass, or Palo Santo, and for those who are sensitive to scents or smoke, we can work with unlit bundles while still setting a clear intention to purify and uplift the space.

How does Reiki work?

Universal Life force energy flows within the physical body through pathways called chakras, and meridians. The life force is responsive to thoughts and feelings. It becomes disrupted when we accept, either consciously or unconsciously, negative thoughts or feelings. The negative thoughts and feelings attach themselves to the energy field and cause disruptions in the flow of the universal life force. This diminishes the vital function of the organs and cells of the physical body.

Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached.

Common Responses during a Reiki Session

After a session sometimes the following happens for a few days as the energy moves through you, this is a natural response. Just like after a massage we recommend you drink extra water! If you can avoid other stimulants like coffee, alcohol and smoking we highly recommend it.

Why don't I see weekly group sound bath sessions?

Currently looking for a space large enough to hold a group sound bath. We are working diligently on it. We hopefully we will have it available soon!

How to prepare for a sound bath?

We receive numerous inquiries regarding this service because the terminology might imply bathing, but rest assured, you'll remain fully clothed throughout. The term 'bath' refers to the immersive experience of being cleansed by sound. Clients will recline in a comfortable position while the resonant tones of singing bowls guide them through a deeply transformative journey.

You will likely hear binaural beats that induce certain brainwaves by creating a frequency mismatch between them. The brain will make up the difference in oscillation and become entrained into brainwave states such as alpha, theta, or delta. This allows us to enter a trance-like state where we can access altered states of consciousness.

What can hinder healing?

There are 9 reasons people don’t see the results they desire.

Negativity, having no interest in sound healing, inability to trust, fear of taking responsibility for our self-care, disconnection with the earth, lack of sleep and rest during the healing process, blockages, denial and fear of change.

If you’re feeling uncomfortable with it, you likely have an area in your life that needs healing. The key is to surrender to the sound healing process and allow the energy to flow through you.

However, if you’re not ready to believe, then there’s no point in trying to convince you otherwise.

What is the History of Sound healing?

Sound healing techniques have been practiced for thousands of years, from the times when the lapping of ocean waves was considered a source of healing to the chantings of Tibetan monks.

Sound healing has been practiced in all known cultures in one form or another. The oldest written record of sound healing was recorded in ancient Egypt.

What is entrainment?

The science of entrainment is the study of the synchronization of oscillating systems. In other words, how one vibrating system can fall into step with another. Every living thing has its own unique frequency, from an organ in your body to your own thoughts and feelings. Entrainment can occur between two or more independent rhythmic cycles (also known as oscillators). The rhythm of these oscillations match up and essentially become synchronized or entrained.

What are Binaural Beats?

Sound Therapy is based on the principle that all matter, including the human body, is in a continuous state of vibration. These vibrations are measured in hertz (Hz), with sound being measured in cycles per second. The theory of 'resonance' suggests that if an object is vibrating at the same frequency as another object, the two objects will start to resonate together.

One of the most popular forms of sound therapy is Binaural beats. Binaural beats are created when one tone of a specific frequency is played into one ear, and a slightly different tone is played into the other ear at the same time. The brain then creates a third tone that is equal to the difference between the two original frequencies. For example, if you listened to a sound in your left ear that had a frequency of 132 Hz, and a sound in your right ear that had a frequency of 140 Hz, your brain would process the difference between the two (8 Hz), and come to a new frequency — the desired one to alter your brain waves.

What are Chakras?

Each chakra, pronounced as 'SHOCK-RUHS', originates from the ancient Eastern language of Sanskrit, meaning 'wheel'. These energy centers are intricately connected to the body's nerve bundles and run along our energy meridians. Your body houses 7 main Chakras, each located adjacent to a hormonal gland. They facilitate the flow of vital life energy, also referred to as 'Ki', 'Chi', or 'Prana', throughout the body, ensuring vitality.

Constantly radiating and receiving energy, your chakras are influenced by the thoughts and beliefs you hold. Negative thoughts can cause your chakras to become dense or dark with energy, throwing them out of balance and resulting in a sluggish or 'something is off' feeling. We all experience occasional worries and negative thoughts, but it requires genuine diligence to cultivate a mindset of peace and love.

Is Sound healing safe if i have medical implants?

In most cases yes it is safe. however, Before your session, we ask that you consult with your physician if you have any medical conditions such as metal implants, a history of concussions, a pacemaker, or the use of an insulin pump. Your physician's approval will ensure your safety during the healing process. If you're uncertain, it's always best to seek medical advice. Please note that without prior approval from your physician for the above conditions, we may need to reschedule your session. However, most physicians are supportive of sound healing sessions.

My Story

I've been working with energy since I was a child, sensing things were off when no one else could see anything wrong. I grew up in a home practicing Kriya Yoga. I started my meditation journey not fully understanding the messages I’d get but trusting that I was being guided. I had my first Reiki experience in my early 20's. That was a turning point. I knew then that I was meant to be a healer. It wasn’t until years later that I became certified.

I personally struggled with food intolerance, migraines, and medical gaslighting. Only by listening to my body and doing the work, did I finally find some relief. I combined Reiki with herbal supplements from my functional medicine doctor and repaired the damage before I was to a point where I’d need daily medication. Wanting to help others, I became a certified health coach hoping to help people with food intolerances and allergies. Feeling better than I ever had, and knowing how hard the change was, I started my journey to be a health coach.

I felt guided to get certified in sound healing. I found every session improved my well-being, melting away anxiety and shortening the days I struggled with depression. Once I decided to do this for others, the doors opened and every obstacle cleared.
