We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your enrollment, please notify us at least 7 days before the class start date to receive a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date are not eligible for a refund but can be credited toward a future class date. No refunds or credits will be offered for no-shows.

Before your sound bath session, we ask that you consult with your physician if you have any medical conditions such as metal implants, a history of concussions, a pacemaker, or the use of an insulin pump. Your physician's approval will ensure your safety during the healing process. If you're uncertain, it's always best to seek medical advice. Please note that without prior approval from your physician for the above conditions, we may need to reschedule your session. However, most physicians are supportive of sound healing sessions.
Individuals who have received a positive COVID-19 test result are kindly requested to reschedule their in-person appointments to a date at least two weeks later. Alternatively, they may opt for a distance Reiki session. Our priority is the well-being of our clients, and as such, we aim to mitigate the spread of severe illness.
